Setting up a recreation area on the basis of worked out opencasts and health resort "Rozdil"

The town of Rozdil is situated in a very picturesque locality with rich flora and fauna near a cascade of three lakes at a distance of 50 km from the town of lviv beside Kyiv -Chop international motor road.
Near the village of Malekhiv a big sulphur opencast is found from which many years sulphur ore was mined.
At present the sulphur opencast is being phased out and together with "Rozdil" health resort infrastructure forms a basis for setting up a recreation area.
This project will make it possible to have a water recreation center, swimming pools, beaches. An attraction pool for children and adults will provide an opportunity for spending. their leisure time in the most interesting way
For persons with sport abilities the project makes provision for setting up greens for minigolf and a paint-ball building.
Those who like fishing will be able to do it in free time and to enjoy the landscape.
A sanatorium - medical complex "Rozdil" is located near the opencast.
So the general project structure will be the following:
1) Water -recreation area;
2) Boating area
3) Recreation area
4) Sanatorium and medical complex "Rozdil"
Implementation of the present project gives the opportunity not only to eliminate the adverse effects of plant operation but to contribute in promoting good health and spending leisure time in the most interesting way.
Total capital investments for establishment of the recreation area in its most modern embodiment will make about 2 mln USD. Payback time is 2 years
Total surface area of the water facilities is 700 ha.
This project can be realized in stages as desired by investors.
