Production premises and industrial infrastructure of the Yavoriv SMChP "Sirka"
At
the Yavoriv SMChP " Sirka" sulphur was mined by two methods on four
main industrial sites with powerful industrial infrastructure, production and
welfare premises, namely:
- industrial site of the technological complex covering
80 ha and including a beneficiation plant, a sulphur melting plant, a 110/6 kV
transformer substation with transformer capacity of 50 MW, amenities for 2000
persons, machine -repair shop,
9000 m3 fuel oil yard , powerful boiler houses
( 300 t /y steam), water supply and sewerage networks, 6.0 kW and 0.4 kW cable
lines, tracks.
- industrial site of the Yaziv PVS mine (59 ha) comprising
an administrative and welfare building for 1000 persons, process water boiler
houses with a capacity of 250 Gcal/year; repair and storage facilities , 1110/6
kV, 32 MW transformer substation, engineering networks, tracks.

industrial site of the Nemyriv PVS mine (97ha) with administrative and welfare
building for 1000 persons, 200 Gcal process water boiler houses, repair and storage
facilities, domestic sewerage treatment works, drinking water intake, 20 MW transformer
substation, engineering networks, tracks.
- industrial on the sulphur pit
east (45 ha) and west (28 ha) flanks comprising administrative and welfare buildings,
shops, erection site for mounting heavy mining and transportation equipment, woodworking
equipment; 32 MW transformer substation, engineering networks, fuel oil stores,
tracks.
"Zawadiv" water storage with a holding capacity of 15.0
mln. m3 is preserved to provide the existing and future production facilities
with service water.
The industrial infrastructure is located within "Yavoriv"
Special Economic Zone.
