INSTITUTE'S DESIGNING CENTER
is highly experienced in designing plants for mining and processing mining-and
chemical raw materials ( natural sulphur, potassium salts, phosphorite rock),
construction material quarries, crushing and sorting plants, power , heat and
1/2 MPa gas supply facilities, water supply, sewage treatment and disposal systems,
hydraulic structures, dwellings and public buildings.
On customers request
designs of different-duty projects can be elaborated:
- loose material
drying units, units for inorganic material crushing and sorting;
- limestone
grinding plants;
- brine evaporation and cristallization units;

nitrogen-oxygen generation stations with cylinder filling units;

level the Center elaborates designs on:
- mining deposits of natural resources
and recultivation of mined lands with ecological balance restoration;

heating, ventilation, air conditioning in industrial and public buildings;

el. power supply to industrial, agricultural and public facilities;

dispatching control of industrial enterprises and town housing and public utilities
el power supply systems;
- automatic control of commercial and technical
metering el. power and utilities for plants;
- protection of nature, determination
of sanitar protection zones and maximum permissible emissions;
- non-standard
equipment.
The Design Center has production facilities and specialists to carry
out:
- engineering survey;
- geodetic survey;
mock-ups of industrial
facilities and utilities as well as general lay-outs of industrial sites;

drilling intake holes in plots of land attached to the house and orchard- and-
garden cooperatives
Production processes to be designed can be adopted based
on initial data from research institutes;customer's recommendations and institute's
developments.
